Teen Stabbed Grandmother Over Fifty Times
Atlanta- Fulton County District Attorney Paul L. Howard, Jr. announces the expected guilty plea today, February 24th, 2016 in the case of
The State v. Charles Price III for the murder of his grandmother, Mary Price.
In April of 2014, then fourteen-year-old Charles Price stabbed his grandmother over fifty times. Price then went to school wearing blood soaked clothes. When teachers questioned Price, he stated “I killed it.” Price is expected to plea to Voluntary Manslaughter and Possession of a Knife During Commission of a Felony.
The plea will be taken today, February 24th, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. before Fulton County Superior Court Judge Shawn Ellen LaGrua in court room 8D.
